Dr. Vivian Menendez always told me that once I got back from the pageant, we could continue my treatment with Invisalign. I was so happy, although obviously a little nervous because you never know how you’re going to look with a new smile. But by the second month, when the aligners were removed, I felt like a completely new woman. That’s what I love about her work—she makes sure you feel confident on the inside, too.
— Lina Luaces, Miss Universe Cuba 2025
Told in 3 chapters
When Lina Luaces, Miss Universe Cuba 2025, returned from her pageant, she was ready to continue her smile transformation with Dr. Vivian Menendez. From the beginning, Dr. Vivian had told Lina that they could continue her treatment with Invisalign once she returned from the competition.
Lina was excited about the next step, although she admits she was a little nervous. After all, changing your smile can change the way you see yourself. As the treatment progressed, Lina began seeing the transformation take shape. By the second month, when her aligners were removed, she felt like a completely different woman.
For Lina, the result went beyond straightening her smile. It was about feeling more confident in the way she looked and, just as importantly, in the way she felt. That personal connection is what she says she loves most about Dr. Vivian's work: the goal isn't simply to transform your smile, but to make sure you feel confident from the inside out.
From award-winning performers to public figures, patients trust Dr. Vivian Menendez for smile designs crafted around their facial features, skin tone, and natural expression—never a one-size-fits-all approach.
