Straight teeth, the clear way.
Custom clear aligners from an Invisalign Preferred Provider. No brackets, no wires, no food restrictions. See your final smile previewed in 3D before treatment begins.
Art Dental Studio is an Invisalign Preferred Provider, which means access to all Invisalign treatment tiers, latest aligner technology and direct partnership with Align Technology. Treatment is led by Dr. Yilian, our in-house orthodontist, who handles cases from minor cosmetic alignment to complex bite corrections. Your Invisalign journey starts with a free consultation including a 3D digital scan. You'll see a simulation of your final smile before deciding to proceed — no impressions, no goopy material, no guesswork. Most patients leave the consultation knowing exactly how long their treatment will take and what it will cost.
What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a system of clear, custom-made plastic aligners that gradually move your teeth into a planned final position. Each aligner is worn for the prescribed period before being replaced by the next in the series. Over the course of treatment, you progress through a custom series of aligners.
The aligners are made of medical-grade thermoplastic — not metal, not brackets, not wires. They're nearly invisible when worn. They're removable for eating, brushing and special occasions. They're custom-molded to your teeth from a 3D scan.
Modern Invisalign can address most alignment issues that traditional braces can — crowding, spacing, crossbite, overbite, underbite, open bite and mild skeletal issues. The system has been refined extensively since its introduction in 1999, with millions of cases completed worldwide.
Who is a candidate for Invisalign?
Most adults and teens with alignment issues are good Invisalign candidates. The procedure is ideal for:
- Adults with mild to moderate crowding, spacing or rotation
- Teens (Invisalign Teen includes compliance indicators and free replacement of lost aligners)
- Patients with relapse from previous orthodontic treatment
- Patients planning future cosmetic dentistry (veneers, crowns) who need alignment first
- Patients who cannot have visible orthodontic appliances for professional reasons
- Patients with the discipline to wear aligners 20-22 hours daily
The Invisalign process at Art Dental Studio
- 01
Free consultation with 3D scan
Dr. Yilian evaluates whether Invisalign is right for your case. We use an iTero digital scanner to capture your teeth in 3D — no goopy impression material needed.
- 02
Treatment plan preview
Within 1-2 weeks of your scan, you'll see a 3D simulation showing exactly how your teeth will move from start to finish. You can request adjustments to the plan, and once you approve, manufacturing begins.
- 03
Aligner manufacturing
Invisalign manufactures your custom aligner series. Depending on case complexity, you may receive all aligners at once or in batches.
- 04
Starting treatment
At your start appointment, we deliver your first set of aligners and (if needed) place small tooth-colored attachments — small bumps that help the aligners apply directional force on specific teeth.
- 05
Wearing the aligners
You wear each aligner 20-22 hours per day, removing only to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush/floss. Each set is worn for 1-2 weeks before switching to the next.
- 06
Progress check-ins
We see you every 6-10 weeks to confirm treatment is on track. These visits are short (15-20 min). We check fit, replace attachments as needed, and address any concerns.
- 07
Refinement phase
Most cases include a refinement phase at the end — additional aligners to fine-tune the final position. This is standard and built into the treatment plan.
- 08
Retention
Once treatment is complete, you wear retainers indefinitely to maintain the result. We provide your first set of retainers as part of your treatment.
Daily life during Invisalign treatment
Invisalign is one of the lowest-disruption orthodontic options. There's no surgical recovery — just a daily routine adjustment.
Each new aligner feels tight for 1-3 days as teeth shift. Most patients describe this as pressure rather than pain. Adjustment days get easier as you progress.
Eating: remove aligners, eat normally, brush before reinserting. Drinking: water is fine with aligners in; anything else requires removal. Speaking: takes 2-7 days to fully adjust — you'll have a mild lisp initially. Sports and music: significantly easier than braces — no brackets to break, no wires interfering with brass instruments.
Cleaning: rinse aligners every time you take them out; brush gently with a soft brush; soak weekly in Invisalign cleaning crystals or denture cleaner. Patients who skip aligner cleaning develop discoloration and odor over time.

Every case is different, so we do not publish prices. Your free consultation includes a transparent, written, personalized estimate. Financing options with monthly payment plans are available.
Treatment duration varies depending on the specific needs of each patient. During your free consultation, we will evaluate your case and give you a personalized treatment plan with an accurate timeline.
For most cases, Invisalign produces results equivalent to traditional braces with major lifestyle advantages. For very complex cases (severe rotations, surgical orthodontics), braces may produce more predictable results. Dr. Yilian will recommend the right option for your case during the free consultation.
Aligners should be worn 20-22 hours per day. You remove them only for eating, drinking anything other than water, and brushing/flossing. Patients who don't commit to the wear time often see treatment extend significantly. Wear discipline is the biggest factor in success.
No — there is no upper age limit for orthodontic treatment. The majority of Invisalign patients at Art Dental Studio are adults. Many patients in their 40s, 50s and 60s successfully complete Invisalign. What matters is the health of your teeth and supporting bone, not age.
Without retainers, yes — teeth naturally try to shift back to original positions. Lifetime retention is required after any orthodontic treatment (Invisalign or braces). We provide your first set of retainers as part of your treatment.
Yes — the aligners double as whitening trays. You can apply professional whitening gel inside the aligners and wear them as you normally would. We can provide whitening gel during your treatment.
Same system but with two key additions for teens: compliance indicators (blue dots on the aligner that fade with wear time, so parents can verify wear) and free replacement of up to 6 lost aligners. Treatment otherwise works identically.
