The old veneers were removed, a digital design was created on-screen, and Alexis was part of every decision approving his own design before the first piece was crafted. The final veneers were hand-finished by master ceramist Enrique, whose work Alexis described directly: "It's an art. This is a level of care you don't find anywhere."
